Shipping 

  • Parcel shipping will be automatically charged upon ordering non-sticker items (washi tapes, memo pads). 

  • Parcel shipping upgrades are available as a separate listing on this website (only add if your order includes STICKERS ONLY).

Order Policy

Combined Orders*

  • jelly.atelier accepts combined orders. Please contact us on Instagram or send an email to ‘jellyatelier.contact@gmail.com’ with your order numbers as soon as possible to combine orders. Excess shipping costs will not be refunded. Please ensure you have checked through your cart and shipping details before completing your order.

Incorrect Shipping Details*

  • Please contact us on Instagram or send an email to ‘jellyatelier.contact@gmail.com’ as soon as possible should there be any issues regarding your shipping details. Any errors we are made aware of will be corrected.

*Orders may only be refunded, combined, or edited within 24 hours after the order is placed. 

 

Lost and Damaged Mail

  • jelly.atelier is not responsible for lost mail due to shipping issues should your order be placed with untracked letter mail, and unfortunately refunds and replacements will not be provided. To prevent your order from being lost, especially for overseas orders, please select a tracked shipping option (this is automatic if ordering non sticker items). 

  • If your order arrives damaged, please record an unboxing video and send an email to ‘jellyatelier.contact@gmail.com’. We will come to a resolution based on the specific circumstances of your case.

  • If your order is returned to us, you will be contacted via email. You will be offered the opportunity to either be refunded 50% of the value of your order OR to pay for re-shipment. Your decision must be made within 2 weeks of receiving the notification email from us, or your purchased items will be forfeited back to jelly.atelier without refund.
